As the owners, Michael and Alison Davie, value their farm team and follow strict food safety protocols to ensure that their product is tastier and safer than inferior foreign products.
Already heavily involved in an Alberta , Canada farm that grows potatoes, Michael and Alison have always been alert to different produce opportunities. They saw a need for better, bold flavoured garlic that discerning customers would love and the embarked on a journey to
grow garlic.
Their two young children are also involved and will become the fourth generation of farmers. Michael and Alison want to produce safe, healthy food the whole family can enjoy, while educating people on farm life and the benefits of locally grown garlic.

Garlic Scapes
These are the long green shoots that grow on hard neck Garlic plants. They are a bit milder than garlic cloves, and a perfect addition to any dish. They are great for pestos, as a base for a sauce, or even eaten straight up sautéed with a bit of salt. Available only in the Spring.
